Q: Greetings and don't be tired. I had a question about temporary marriage. 1- Is the temporary marriage of a single, virgin, and adult girl who is 35 years old with a married man without the permission of the man's husband, without penetration and with the intention of contact and intimacy, permissible and correct from the perspective of Sharia? And the girl does not commit a sin from the perspective of Sharia. 2- Was the father's permission necessary for this girl's temporary marriage or not? And if this girl enters into a temporary marriage without the permission of her father, is it correct and lawful from the perspective of Sharia or is the marriage automatically forbidden and void? and without his permission the contract is invalid and not permissible. The condition of non-intercourse does not change anything. It is better for the girl to observe her own interests and interests in such cases and not to damage her own self with such issues.
